How do I access your service? Do I need a referral?

The following are ways you may access our psychological services:

  • GP referral - seek a referral from your GP and they will provide us with a Mental Health Care Plan, which will enable you to receive a Medicare rebate.

  • Self-referral - you may self-refer and use your private health fund to pay for sessions (a gap fee will apply).

  • NDIS - NDIS participants who have Psychology included in their plan can speak with their plan manager for a referral to our services.  Self-managed participants may self-refer.

Are Medicare rebates available for Psychological therapy sessions?

Clients who are provided with a valid referral and Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from their GP may be eligible for a rebate from Medicare for up to 20 sessions per calendar year.
